Traffic Court

Traffic Court

Traffic arraignments begin at 3:30 PM on Wednesday and at 1 PM on Thursday for those needing an interpreter. When arriving for traffic court, please check in with Court Clerk before entering the Courtroom. If you are interested in seeing if you qualify for traffic school, please as the Court Clerk about “Driver’s Awareness”.

During traffic arraignments, the Logan City Prosecutor is available in his office outside the Courtroom if you wish to talk with him.

If you receive a fix it ticket, proof of fix it must be shown to the Court Clerk within 20 days of the date of the citation.
