Landfill Mall
The Landfill Mall is a new way to recycle usable household items. The Landfill mall takes items in good condition for reuse by other customers. Landfill Attendants will make determination of acceptable items for drop-off and then items will be placed on lots where customers will be charged a $5 handling fee per lot to take items out of the Landfill Mall.
Instructions for Acquiring Reuseable Items
- Call or come down to the Landfill to find products that are available- 750-9981
- Pay $5.00 per lot - First come first serve
- Please do not call for service on items such as electronic devices. For instance, if a computer you purchased from the landfill mall is in need of repair, please call a local company for service.
- The Logan City Landfill is not responsible for non-working Items, all products are sold on an "as is" basis. No refunds will be given.
Instructions For Donating To the Landfill Mall
You must show items that you will be donating to the landfill attendant at the scalehouse. All items must be in working order, or they will not be accepted. Scalehouse attendants have final say. Items such as computers and electronics that cannot be stored outside in the rain will be accepted by appointment only. The following items can be taken:
- Construction materials
- Furniture
- Major appliances (stoves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, refigerators, Freezers, microwaves - All refigerators, freezers, and AC Units will be charged a $30 handling Fee)
- Gardening supplies & hand tools
- Televisions, computers, & other electronics
- Sporting goods & bicycles
- New automotive parts
