Sprinkler Inspections
Water Flow Tests for Fire Sprinkler Systems
Per City of Logan all water flow requests for fire sprinkler systems will be conducted by the requesting engineering company.
The following will be required for each flow test:
- Schedule through City of Logan Water Department. Please call Kurt Saunders 435-716-9620.
- All requests must be scheduled 48 hours in advance.
- Companies will provide all labor, equipment, and materials, i.e. pitot gauges etc.
- A copy of the fire flow report will be submitted to the City of Logan Engineering, Water, and Fire Departments.
- All static and residual pressures west of 300 East must be reduced by 60 pounds and be no more than 100psi.
