Dog Park Meetings

The following is for informational purposes only. The comments listed below were recorded and shared by those volunteers interested in dog parks.

Dog Park Meetings

A citizens group to study the issues related to dogs in parks and dog parks organized in 2004. The group is called LDOG for Logan Dog Owners Group. The spokesperson for the group is Brian Smart. His phone number is 801-244-4823.

LDOG meets periodically at the Logan Recreation Center for its group meetings. The group most recently reported to the Logan Parks and Recreation Advisory Board on October 20, 2004. It's three primary concerns are the current dog ordinance, consideration of a dog space in existing parks, and consideration for a dog park in future park development.
